Terry LeClair is a seasoned real estate executive, entrepreneur, and former real estate technology CEO with over 30 years of experience. He currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Luxury Real Estate and Technology at First Team Real Estate. Previously, Terry led ventures including ZinCasa, RealtySites PLUS, and Prudential LeClair & Associates, where he sold over 100 homes per year and trained over 20,000 agents. He is a master of business development, lead generation, and operations.

As a seasoned financial strategist and accounting leader with over 15 years of hands-on experience, I bring a proven track record of driving growth and operational excellence to Luxos Capital. My passion for transforming complex financial landscapes into opportunities for sustainable success has fueled my career across diverse industries, with a particular focus on real estate development, where I've managed full cycle accounting, project accounting with complex draw schedules, fund accounting with investor tracking, and comprehensive financial documentation for high-stakes projects. Holding an MBA, I combine analytical rigor with a client-centric approach, always prioritizing integrity, transparency, and long-term partnerships. At Luxos Capital, as Partner, I'm excited to leverage my deep real estate acumen to spearhead innovative developments, optimize capital structures, and deliver exceptional value to investors and stakeholders. I lead by making complex financial structures transparent, empowering teams with real-time data, aligning every decision with long-term value creation, and treating every stakeholder, investor, partner, or contractor, as a true partner.
Kelly Baker
Chief Operating Officer
Kelly Baker brings 20+ years of real estate development expertise, including leadership at Potencia Real Estate and Gramor Development. He has directed acquisitions and development of thousands of multifamily units and over 1M sq. ft. of storage facilities. His background spans entitlement, horizontal construction, and renovation of distressed properties. He ensures strong field execution and project management across all assets.

Attractive Equity Multiples
Our patient, value-creation strategy targets 2.0x–2.5x+ Equity Multiples (total cash returned / equity invested). This captures compounded cash flows, higher NOI from rent and occupancy gains, and appreciation at exit, prioritizing cumulative wealth over time-sensitive metrics like IRR.
